Are you living in the extremes?
I have to eat perfectly, count, track, measure - and work out HARD CORE every day. Or screw it, it's too hard, too expensive, too confusing, too time consuming, so I'm going to lay around and eat pizza and nachos.
I have been guilty of both of those!! It took me, oh, basically, my whole adult life to figure this out, but I'm gonna share it with you now.
The secret is consistency, flexibility, and BALANCE! Sounds so simple right? It is!!!! I worked out this week Monday through Friday, so today, I didn't work out. Last night we went out to eat. I had risotto and wine.
