Hectic seasons of life- we all experience them. But how do we handle ourselves through them? Earlier, I mentioned I prioritize 4 things when I find myself saying, "this is too much."
Nutrition- meal prep, delegate meal prep to someone else, reduce processed foods, order a meal prep service..do what you gotta do. Also incorporate some supplements like magnesium, vitamin D, and adaptogens. °
Sleep- electronics off at least 30 minutes before bed, journal at the end of the day, wear blue light blockers at sundown, get 7-9 hours.
Stress management- pray, deep breaths, journal, call a friend, walk outdoors ❄, listen to music.
Movement- continue working out but not overdoing it. This might look like reducing reps or sets, but I continue to get movement in daily.
