I had a great check in with one of my clients today. I told him I appreciate his urgency when it comes to responding to my phone calls and texts. He also told me thank you for the urgency when it comes to staying on top of things. Most people would just accept the things he does.

Mornings - whether you love ‘em or hate ‘em how we approach those first few minutes of morning can really impact the vibe of the entire rest of the day.

I know for me, if I wake up negative, worried about this and that I have a hard time shaking those feelings. But on the flip side if I wake up positive and grateful my day flows SO MUCH BETTER.

Here are my tips for waking up on the positive side of the bed 😁

✅ Begin your day by listing something you’re grateful for
✅ Then list something you’re excited about for that day
✅ Then do something kind for yourself (mediate, eat a healthy breakfast, smile, stretch)

Try it out for a couple weeks and see if you begin to notice a shift in your day ❤️
