I’m Uncomfortable All of the Time 😫

Before I lost 65lbs, I was uncomfortable in every outfit that I would put on

Bathing suits 👙

Jackets 🧥

Tank Tops 👗

Jeans 👖

EVERYTHING

I always felt like people could just see right through me 🔎 … And because I gained so much weight so fast, I just felt exposed all the time. I literally felt like I was walking around naked 😳👀 …

I would sit around with all my friends, and I wouldn’t even talk 🙊 … It was like I was in hiding. It’s like I was trying to go unnoticed because I didn’t want to draw attention to myself…

What I realized later is that it wasn’t them making me uncomfortable, it was ME being uncomfortable with MYSELF! 😞

It was ME feeling guilty all the time …

If you haven’t tried cauliflower crust pizza yet - I suggest trying it!

I am constantly pleasantly surprised by the gluten free healthy alternatives to regular pasta. These millet and brown rice ramen noodles are some of my faves and I use them for so many dishes. This one is Lemon and garlic stir fried noodles with plenty of fresh cracked blk pepper.

Onion
Garlic

LENTIL & AUBERGINE SALAD 🍆 .

I feel a little bit run down today so I really needed a fresh & tasty lunch to make me feel better 🥗 I love a salad however sometimes I find they don’t keep me full for as long as I’d like, especially in the winter ❄️ Adding a carbohydrate like lentils adds essential fibre to the meal as well as making it delicious & filling.

To make this salad I used:
Rocket
Sun dried tomatoes 
Lentils
Roasted aubergine
Roasted cherry tomatoes 
A salad dressing made from red wine vinegar, honey & olive oil 
Ciabatta to make croutons 
Feta to top

This salad contains 3 of your “5 a day” 🥦🥕 and has 21g of protein per serving! This recipe is FODMAP friendly as I find eating this way works for me, especially during the day to avoid bloating. You could also add onions & garlic if you don’t have a problem with these foods 😍 What would you add to this salad to make it your own?

🏃🏻‍♂️This is what I’ve been starting my morning with everyday.
.
Before I hit my morning cardio, I hit the High Metabolism and fill my water bottle with a scoop of EAA PUMP.

The High Metabolism is going help me drop more fat through multiple fat-burning channels.

It’s also revving me up, giving me both physical and mental stimulation to wake me up and get me working.
