Today’s workout: Full body on the smith machine. So far my new eating plan is going super well ! Intermittent fasting and Several small meals a day are keeping me fuller, balancing my blood sugar to keep those sugar cravings at bay but damn I’m not used to eating so much food so often it’s definitely been a struggle keeping up with that . I’m committed to this new plan to help get stronger and building more muscle but this whole bulk thing is a completely new concept to me , good news is a trainer told me that they see the the difference in my legs and hip area already !! So I keep pushing forward one day at time  and I’m so lucky to have such an amazing support system behind me ! .

I modified it since I don't have an instant pot, but it was still so tasty. The chicken came together in under 20 minutes in my dutch oven. And I added some veggies (asparagus and mushrooms) that needed to get eaten since this is the last dinner in this week's meal plan.

Best part, my son helped make it and everyone cleared their plates. #dinnervictory

#whole30day25 another blah looking meal but this one sure did not lack in flavor! We had leftover cabbage wanted to try something new, and this fried cabbage was delicious! Plus this rib recipe from my friend @apinchofpride is amazing! Happy Saturday everybody!

I recreate this bowl at home all the time and mix up the ingredients with cucumbers, edamame, eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, etc. For dressing I use @foodsalive my faves are the ranch, asian ginger, and sweet&sassy

Here’s a quick little meal I whipped up from earlier this week when I wanted to have something right after class. I started by making some 90 second bread and tossed that onto a heated pan to crisp up a bit. I’ve been obsessed with finding different veggies to snack on with different dips (swipe to see my current one). I’m hoping to find more time to share quick & easy bites! ••

90 sec bread: @heb coconut flour, @bobsredmill baking powder, @vitalfarms pasture raised egg & butter, Himalayan pink salt 
Sandwich: @mycadia mustard, @boarshead_official mesquite turkey, @pvt_selection smoked Gouda, spinach, tomato, avocado
Veggies: celery, cucumber, watermelon radish

Weekend mornings are for elaborate brunches 💁🏼‍♀️ Tofu scramble is always my brunch of choice on weekends 😋 I’m always team savoury for breakfast, and this scramble is just perfect 🙌🏻 .

Tofu scramble directions: Sauté a diced potato in a pan for around 10 mins until it gets soft - you can add a bit of water halfway through cooking to help steam the potato. Add 3/4 cup diced onion & 3 cloves garlic to the pan and sauté for 2 mins, then add 1 red & orange pepper, 2 cups chopped mushroom, and 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes 👏🏻 I season throughout the process and use smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper (didn’t measure, just tasted every couple of mins). Then add one block of @sunrisesoyafoods extra firm tofu all crumbled up to the pan and add 1-2 tsp turmeric, cook for another 3-4 mins, and add more seasonings if you want 😋 .

Happy Saturday! 🤗 I had a busy but wonderful day today, starting with finally finding my wedding ring and bringing it home with me 😌 The wedding is still 8 months away and now I’m patiently waiting to be able to wear it 😆 Met up with @laurajeanfitness for coffee this afternoon after being internet friends for several months and it was so lovely meeting in real life! I love how many friends I’ve made from being on Instagram and this was the first time I’ve ever met up with someone from Instagram in person and I just love how this community brings people together ☺️ Plans for this evening include cooking some food and watching some Netflix 😁 I started re-watching one of my fave Netflix shows last night and forgot how good it is - highly recommend the haunting of hill house if you like spooky and horror 😬 Hope you all are having the loveliest evening!! 💕
