💧It also produces hydroelectric energy, especially in the brain. 💧It's ioinised, providing the energetic equivalent to food.

💧Helps protect organs & tissue from drying out.
💧Helps with constipation.
💧Helps regulate body temperature.

I no longer drink tap or bottled water. We we're drinking filtered water which was good but we've even moved on from that.
