Opt for a glass French press or pour over coffee maker stead...I found my FP on amazon for 12 💵 - bonus...it’s PERFECT for steeping tea in too!
Caffeine stresses the body, so it’s best to not overdo it. It’s best to limit yourself to 1-2 Cups/day.
If you’re having adrenal issues, find yourself “needing” it or your highly stressed, it might be a good idea to take a break for a while and manage your underlying health issues. If you’re a decaf drinker, look for the label indicating the Swiss water method was used for the decaffeination process - SWM is a chemical free decaffeination method that uses hot water and an activated charcoal filter to decaffeinate coffee beans -most other methods involve soaking the beans for many hours to strip the beans of caffeine 😷🤢 •
Last but definitely not lest: Sorry girls but think about ditching your morning starbucks run and opt to make it at home instead...it’s toxic AF and Instagram doesn’t allow me to have enough characters to list it all, but...their coffee is full of pesticides and their drinks are made with ingredients like Carmel color, high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, sugar sugar and more sugar just to name a few ☠️ choose to support a coffee shop who keeps their standards high and looks out for your health 🖤
