During lock down I've been finding it hard not to eat processed foods.
I'm not paranoid to the remove all processed foods, having a treat here and there is healthy. It's what I would class as balance.
When I talk about processed foods, I'm not meaning fast foods like MC, BK & KFC or pizza take-aways. I mean cereals like bran, "healthy" snack bars, freshly baked bread.
Since beginning to study nutrition and human bodies I've become more aware of what I'm feeding my mouth and how that's going to impact my Digestive System, my Endocrine System and so on.
Also, my spiritual and mental health.
Colours...colours come in to play as well. Began reading a book about how colours can change our life, this includes the colourful fruit and veg we divulge. If we have any at all!
This morning I woke to thinking how much I wish to add more colour in my life, how I wish to reduce the amount of processed food I eat and how I can still eat chocolate 😂🍫😋 Dark chocolate that is... Over 70% 💮 Can help prevent diabetes 2
💮 Can lower blood pressure, cholesterol and risk of heart disease
💮 Can prevent memory decline (thought I'd spin a few science studies in there 😜) Peace, Love & Kindness,
