🅰️In Part A the aim is having the strict pull ups done unbroken and maintain a smooth steady pace on the other movements.
🅱️In part B the Goblet Lunges will get though, however you have to fight to maintain a "Goblet" position, not let the KB rest on the shoulders or back. If you want to add a little extra spice make the TTB strict.
How many reps can you get?
4 x 5 min AMRAP – 2 min off, alternate between:
21 DB Hang Clean & Jerk 2 x 20/15kg
15 Burpees over DB
9 Strict pull-ups
21 Goblet lunges (stationary) 32/24kg KB
15 Russian KB swings 32/24kg KB
2 rounds of each total.
