We can perform this with either one or two dumbbell(s)/kettlebell(s) or a bar if you have one. Rest between 2-3 minutes if using a lighter relative load. If you have a bar and some plates, go heavy on this and go for 5-5-5-5-5 and rest 3-5 minutes between sets. Pretty happy with these tonight!

Deadlift - 310kg
Bench - 160kg x3

Best training I've done in years during lockdowns + ample sleep has done wonders 😁

Now to try and keep it going while the mayhem of running a business gets back to some normality + the fast paced lifestyle @kattykin and I have become accustomed too!

Week 2 van onze Wake up bootcamp. Vorige week konden de spieren terug wennen aan de basis van onze oefeningen na een inactiviteit van enkele maanden.
