How often have we felt incredibly motivated to hit our fitness goals on a Monday - only for our motivation levels to trail off by the weekend.
Focusing on building everyday smaller habits has definitely helped me to maintain some level of consistency during a holiday or break from the normal routine. I'm far from perfect, but I find it's the little habits such as drinking enough water to keep hydrated, getting enough sleep, taking opportunities to fit in more steps where I can, that lead to the biggest benefits.
