PREP BEGINS! 😈

So as a lot of you will already know I technically started my prep before Xmas, went from 230lbs+ down to 212lbs and have held that since.
-
Having had Sienna come into the world at the start of January, moving 200+ miles up north into our new home and having had a complete change in pretty everything, I knew the smart thing to do was to hold for a month!
-
However I’m now a good 25+ weeks out and it’s GO time! 🔥
-
Haven’t set my heart on any particular show, just have a few in mind and when I know I’ll be ready I’ll commit to a show!
-
Keeping it real with some honest lighting from this morning weighing in at 213lbs / 97kg
-
No silly angles or lighting, just a pale bulked up dude who needs to strip some  of his offseason timber off 😂

LOADING SET / BACKOFFSET PROGRESIJA
Jedna od trazenih tema bila je "KAKO RADITI PROGRESIJU" sto je dosta opsirno jer ima razlicitih nacina, a koje ce te odabrati ovisi ponajvise o cilju, osobnim preferencijma i raizni utreniranosti. Opcenito da pisem o progresiji mi nema smisla jer se osnovni pojmovi progresije i njihove definicije mogu vrlo lako pronaci na googlu, tako da sam temu odlucio obraditi na nacin da vam predstavim jednu od boljih proud od progresijkih shema, meni osobno najdrazu jer se odlicno moze uklopiti i za  powerbuildning tip treninga i cisti hypertrofisjki tip treninga. Princip je dosta jednostvan, samo ime ga objasnjanava, zagrijemo se kroz lakse uvodne serije do prvog radnog glavnog seta (LOADING SETa), a nakon toga radimo 1 do 3 laksa radna seta (BACK OFFSETOVE). Koliko ce backoff setova biti ovisi o tome da li nas vise zanima snaga ili hipertrofija i o tome koliko volumena pase na odredeni lift (beach puno bolje reagira na volumen od recimo deadlifta). Ova progresijka shema nije za pocetnike jer je bazirana na RPE skali, tako da pocetnik koji nikad nije iskusio pravi set do otkaza i pravi set preko otkaza se nemoze orijentirati po istom. Znaci morate imate barem godinu dvije treninga iza sebe prije nego sto ce vam ovakva shema odgovarati E sada, ono sto najvise buni ljudi je koliko smanjiti kilazu za backoff setove. S vremenom ce te vec napament nauciti kako vam pase i bez puno razmisljanja to raditi, ali ako jos niste dosli do toga evo odlicne smjernice za regulirati kilazu backoffsete koje je @christianmaat neki dan sazeo na storiju i "dopustio mi" da ih stavim kao dio ovog posta. Ukoliko je RPE na prethodnoj seriji pogođen kilaža se smanjuje za 5%. Ukoliko je RPE promašen onda se kilaža korigira 2.5% po 0.5 RPE.. . 🔰-	Primjer: 
Zadano  je 4 reps @8,  a vi ste odradili 4 ponavljanja @9, tada kilazu ne smanjujete za 5% nego za 10%, budući da je zadani RPE promašen za 1, a svakih pola RPE boda korigira kilažu za 2.5%. Recimo da je opet bilo zadano 4 reps @rpe8 a vi ste odradili 4 reps @rpe7.5, i tom slucaju smanjit te kilazu za 2.5%. Rijec je o vrlo jednostavnoj matematici, a i zahvaljuci smartphonovima svi imamo kalkulator u dezpu.⬇️⬇️

В конце сентября 2019 года мы открыли фитнес клуб @vanderfit.ru . И ко мне на персональный тренинг пришла Юля @2macy с просьбой помочь ей избавиться от лишнего веса. Я её спросил о сроках . Она ответила весна . Я сказал,это реально при условии соблюдений нескольких наставлений. А именно, систематичность тренинга и не менее 2-3 силовых и 2-3 кардио тренировок. Питание на твой вкус но без обжорства! Сегодня её результат -17 кг!!!
