Get a medicine ball and give this abs circuit a go!

30 seconds work on each. 3/4 sets. 1 min rest between sets.

1. Deadbug
2. Leg Raise
3. Overhead Crunch
4. Russian Twists
5. Ball Plank

Use this as a finisher at the end of your workout to get the abs firing.

Remember - no matter how much you work your abs, you won’t be able to see them unless you work on fat loss! Ab workouts just strengthen the abs and define them 👍

This is an anti-flexion movement. Which means Billy is resisting flexing the spine. Why? Because when throwing a flurry of punches the spine will typically flex. Coaching the muscles to respond to this is important in resisting spinal flexion when boxing for protection 🥊
