• Double arm pulls (with or without crunch).
• Double arm pulls legs up (with or without crunch).
• Hold band tension and single leg extension.
• Hold band tension and single leg lower (keeping knee straight!). Make sure you keep a neutral spine, with no rib or abdominal flaring. We recommend our grey (medium resistance) theraband for this series!

Getting it in every day, who needs a gym? (Apu singing 🎶 I dooo 🎶) over the last 6 months I've managed to bring my weight down from 88kgs to about 74kgs. Considering a year ago there's no way in hell I would've worked out in just a crop top (even at home) I know I'm feeling happier with myself. More confident and healthier.
Starting kyokushin made all the difference, the cardio and extra workouts every week have helped mentally and physically.
Lucky I have a live in senpai to keep my training going @djrogers92
