It’s easy to lock yourself in your room and work all day long and into the night. But learning how to disconnect from it all is just as important as being able to work hard! You need rest – mentally, physically and spiritually. Disconnecting allows you to give your body and your brain the necessary reset it requires to be able to function healthily, happily, and give you the energy to help solve the problems you’re facing that day.
Stop waiting for the perfect time- there isn’t one! ✨
A large problem with entrepreneurs is that they never really "start", and most business ideas end before they ever actually begin! Stop waiting for the perfect product, the perfect idea, the prefect time. Because really - there isn’t one! So, don’t keep waiting for "someday"… because it will never come. Instead, learn to work with what you have, embrace it and you will find better tools, better products, and better ideas as you move forward.
Do the hardest thing first, every single morning ✨
Whenever you start your workday, tackle the task you find the most difficult to do or most likely to procrastinate on. When we postpone these kinds of assignments until later in the day we often get stressed about them and keep postponing them on and on and on. Always make sure that you start off your day doing the most difficult thing first, every single morning to ensure that you get the most out of your workday flow and feel good about what you’ve accomplished at the end of your day!
