I watch the news 1x a week. It’s enough to stay informed and not spiral into anxiety. I then spend the week protecting my heart and mind. Filling it with good and growing through the hard! Here are a few books Im going through now.

Throughout my health journey It’s never been about losing weight but breaking chains that have held me back my entire life. My mindset about food, fear & anxiety that have been paralyzing at times.
This book has helped me stay positive and be calm in times that before would have made me revert to trying to control my life by controlling food and exercise. And now that I’m able to exercise HEALTHY coping mechanisms I’m seeing all the blessings in things that I used to only see darkness.
