Today was a big day for me. I finished mm100! 100 workouts: cardio, leg day, yoga, weight lifting, and my personal favorite - fight club!
I always get a little emotional when I finish a program. It's a big deal. I poured a lot of hard work into this program and more importantly myself. What's next?! Luckily I have hundreds of programs I can choose from in the Netflix of workouts.
