Day 30: Ancient
O. V. W.'s journal: entry no. 46
„... We followed Viridi, a young female thirian with seaturtle-like appearance, who was originaly watching us stumble through jungles and fall right into a sinkhole. She seemed quite menacing at first, I think she was just testing us, to see if we're a threat. With her help, we were able to climb out of the sinkhole and were greeted by what I assume are the ruins of some sort of ancient temple. Viridi says it's been here at least since the Forgotten ages, but probably even longer. As the name of the time period suggests, nobody remembers what life was like back then, something must've happened. She says many elders in her tribe used to tell stories about some sort of bright pink light, followed by a terrible sound, the likes of which they never heard before nor after. After that, they told how some people went mad and became the Lost. Everything changed and with that change, their lives before the Divine light too were lost somewhere deep within their memory...”
