Yes.. another day at the park 🤣 But with a bbq this time 🤤 It’s safe to say that I am so full - lying in the sun in a food coma 😆

For the burger I used @sainsburys ultimate vegetarian burger (3.5) inside an @aldiuk oat topped roll, with a cheese slice (1/2 HexA) and salad. These rolls are so good and such a good new healthy extra B! I also made kebab skewers using @Tesco chicken style pieces (1), mushrooms, pepper, onions and tomato. Served it all with 45g light halloumi (HexA), new potatoes, corn on the cob and salad 😍

To lose weight, it is simple and that is calorie deficit. But for fat loss you have to focus on your sleep, workout, protein intake, water, and few other things as well. But without calorie deficits, all those things are not going to work for fat loss.👍🙌

Here’s a small progress picture from the 1st day of lockdown to the 50th I’m still Improving in all 3 areas in terms of building mass, increasing strength and lowering body fat, with a lean bulking diet. Another thing some people may see this post and think I’m another meat head taking another picture of his abs but honestly this picture is a achievement for me to post because through this lockdown I’ve finally been able to be grow more comfortable in my own skin finally been able to look at myself in the mirror without my shirt on and not being disappointed and depressed from what I see because I’m not starving myself like I use to with 1600 calories a day trying to maintain being 5%body fat just to look how I think I should making myself miserable and depressed because the pressure I put on myself physically and mentally. I’m not 100% happy with how I look or preforming but I’m 1 step closer to being able to appreciate myself and not beat myself up if I don’t reach these unrealistic expectations I’ve set in my head. #fitness #gym #transformation #dieting #mentalhealth
