Put all bags in laundry room...

Wiped off every item...

So excited to have fresh foods for my 3 day weekend...( off day tomorrow)..

1 xíc. de água 
1/2 xíc. de aveia em flocos
1/2 maçã cortada em cubos
1 c.s de melado de cana
1 c.s farinha de linhaça 
pitada de canela

MODO DE PREPARO

esquentar a água em uma panela e acrescentar a aveia e os cubos de maçã. mexa bem em fogo baixo e, em seguida, acrescente o restante dos ingredientes. o mingau estará pronto quando a aveia começar a grudar na panela. usei maçã fatiada, kiwi e côco seco pra acompanhar.

Asian Noddle and veggie sticky red curry stir fry
🥕🍜🌶🍋 Recipe below -

Ingredients:
200g noodles
1 small zucchini 
1 small carrot
1 small red bell pepper 
1/2 onion 
1 piece of ginger 
100g shitake mushrooms (cooked) 
1 tsp oil 
4 tbsp soy sauce 
2 tbsp teriyaki
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce 
2 tbsp lemon grass paste 
Juice of 1/2 lime 
1,5 tsp starch 
2 tbsp water 
1 dash agave syrup
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles 
2. Heat the oil in a pan 
3. Cut the veggies into thin stripes and dice the onion and the ginger. Add everything to the pan and fry it until the veggies are soft. Put them aside 
4. Mix the water and the starch. Add the other ingredients for the sauce. Add the sauce to a pan and heat it in low heat while stirring. Add the veggies and the noodles as soon as the sauce is sticky 
5. Let it soak for a few minutes

Well if we all have to stay at home we may as well be in our undies & do some gardening 🤣⁠

In this challenging time it's important to remember each other.  There are many people who are out of work & others who can't buy the basic necessities.  This is pretty stressful for everybody! 💜 We are all in this together!⁠

With more people in self isolation, its a great time to check in with each other & ask how family & friends are going. ⁠

There have been jokes about us being in isolation for years on the farm... But these times are no joke.  We must take this seriously & more people will be safe.⁠

We are still healthy & working from our farm to bring the rest of Australia some farm fresh Almonds & Almond products.⁠

There’s nothing more farm-to-table than this greenhouse cafe nestled in this beautiful flower and vegetable garden 🌱 Lentil I tried this place, I didn’t Carrot all for carrots (that’s an understatement—I absolutely hate carrots), but this carrot soup had such a yummy sweetness to it that I actually found the flavor bearable 🥕 Anyone else itching to travel once quarantine is over?

I’ve been working from home for 8 months & I want to share my tips with you.⁣
⁣
1️⃣Keep your work area separate from your living area. Have a specific place in your house set up for work only & shut the door when you’re done for the day. Make your area comfortable & inviting!⁣
⁣
2️⃣Create a daily schedule & stick to it. Get up at the same time every morning. Pick a few days each week to get fully ready, like you’re going to the office. Or get full ready every day, whatever feels good to you. ⁣
⁣
3️⃣Schedule in your movement. Set a timer once every hour, or once every half hour & move. Set an alarm on your Fitbit, your Apple Watch or your phone.. Even if it’s pacing in your hallway or stretching. Schedule time to MOVE.⁣
⁣
4️⃣Schedule your breaks & your lunch. It’s easy to get caught up in your work & lose track of time or forget to eat. I take my breaks at the same time every day & also eat my meals at the same time. If you’re a meal prepper, keep prepping your meals & snacks!⁣

5️⃣WRITE IT DOWN. Write your schedule down, put it in your planner, hang it on the wall, whatever works for you… just make sure you have it somewhere you can see it or reference it often. ⁣
