Tasty Tuesday - watching I’m a Celeb made me realise something about food.  We never smell and saviour it.  When you watch the celebs they smell and linger over their food before they eat it.  I do this when I’m prepping for a bodybuilding show.  Food is bland and repetitive and tasteless so when you eat something tasty it’s like an explosion in the mouth.  Lesson?  Don’t gobble your food; eat it slowly, smell it, enjoy it, appreciate it and saviour it.  In the Western world we are privileged ❤️

Jak obiecałam, tak zrobiłam 😊 Na blogu pojawił się mały poradnik o wypiekach bez glutenu i mleka. Obiecałam tak naprawdę ten wpis już w okolicach Wielkanocy 😉 jednak ciągły brak czasu spowodował, że dzielę się z Wami tym dopiero teraz. Starałam się opisać wszystko w miarę krótko, a i tak macie co czytać 😄
Bardzo Was proszę o tę lekturę, zdecydowanie ułatwi to Wam wypieki w okresie świątecznym, ale także na co dzień, zwłaszcza, gdy korzystacie z moich przepisów, to odsyłam do tego wpisu. 
Nie omówiłam dosłownie wszystkiego, co chciałabym Wam przekazać, ale najważniejsze rzeczy, tak aby jakoś ruszyć, ułatwić pracę w kuchni. Do tego wychodzę z założenia, że nadmiar informacji może przytłoczyć. Bierzcie i pieczcie z tego wszyscy 😁. .
