𝐀𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 (this is just the tip of the iceberg-the symptom, but not the root of the issue).
Lacking time is the number one thing I hear from my clients as the reason that is holding them back from doing what they really want, and holding them back from joy, peace, contentment, and fulfillment in their life (despite already having all the external metrics of “success”).
Right now amidst CV-19, some of us may have begun to see through this narrative and realize as much as we’ve thought time was the issue, now that we have time and are still in the same place as always- perhaps this issue goes deeper than we thought.

🌿Subconscious beliefs that their worth is attached to their productivity
🌿Beliefs that their worth is attached to how much they help and please others, and how selfless they can be
🌿Subconscious beliefs that their desires and dreams are worth less than others, and should therefore be put last
🌿Subconscious beliefs that you have to earn, struggle, and prove your worthiness
When these subconscious beliefs are made conscious and healed, you’ll no longer feel the need to stay running on the endless treadmill of achievement that keeps you exhausted, burned out, and from fully enjoying your life. (CONT IN COMMENTS) - 43 minutes ago
