Palak Paneer Saag is a North Indian delicacy with Spinach, Fenugreek leaves, Paneer, a few tricks of my own, and tons of love and positive vibes. Why Spinach? Spinach is a super-food – it is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin A, C, K, and protein (86g per cup) – in short, it provides Popeye strength 😊
Fenugreek leaves reduces Cholesterol, curbs diabetes, protects from kidney problems, prevents bowel problems, reduces heart problems, and finally, rich in iron, protein, fiber, magnesium, and vitamin B6.
Paneer is an Indian cheese that is high is nutritional value – rich in calcium and protein – provides instant energy to the body, prevents tooth decay, cancer, skeletal deformation, and stroke, while improving immune system, body metabolism. It also reduces body and joint pain, while building strong teeth and bone.
Spinach and Fenugreek leaves were cooked in homemade delicious Ghee with turmeric, Himalayan salt, coriander, and cumin. Each of these items have various health benefits that could be highlighted in future posts.
