We SQUATTIN’ today 🍑💃🏻 Man I love squats and even though I’ve lost a decent amount of strength, today felt gooood. Started off a little lighter with my first set and then went up each time. Only filmed my first and my last set of squats (I forgot the second time 😬). Hopefully I’ll be back to doing 205 and higher soon - just gotta keep working 🏋🏻♂️ I focus a lot on my form when I do stiff leg deadlifts. Always keep your core tight, HINGE AT THE HIPS, and don’t round your back! I like the two different camera angels I have for my stiff leg DLs because it helps point out my hip shift once I near the end of my set. You can see my hips move towards the right. Always working on getting better and fixing my imbalances - my shift has gotten a lot better than where it once was.
Finished out the workout with some machine work (not filmed) and got a progress picture to work from for the future 🥳
