I had promised you beetroot and cauliflower yesterday, hadn’t I? .
This is what I managed to make and it tasted incredible!
I used the whole cauliflower (leaves and all) added an onion, 2 cloves of garlic, a bit of zaatar and the secret ingredient... almonds! Weird perhaps but it made the soup super creamy while adding fibre.
I toyed with adding the grapefruit but we need something to eat tomorrow, right? 🤣
All you need in the kitchen is imagination and faith. If you have that, anything is possible xx
