The ultimate guide to working out when exhausted
You work all day long and you’re TIRED AF.
You know you need to workout but you just can’t make yourself do it. You say you’re going to do it tomorrow for sure but tomorrow comes around and you skip it again.
How do you actually start working out?
These are the things I’m doing to stay healthy even though I’m tired AF!
1. GET ENOUGH SLEEP
- If I’m not getting enough sleep then I’m sure as heck not waking up early enough to workout!
2. WORKOUT IN THE MORNING
- This is when you have the most energy so get that workout in right away!
3. STAY ACCOUNTABLE
- When you’re checking in with someone everyday or once a week it’s a lot harder to just blow it off.
