Chest and tris today. Decided to change my split from a bro split to a push/pull/legs split. I can get more work done and hit each muscle group twice per week. Superset everything with jump rope again. Ran 4.3 miles outside before this. So this morning I did a workout and my son, wanted to join in πŸ˜‚

My training is all about enjoying myself, having fun, staying fit, staying fit, staying healthy, staying active and simply I just want to be a role model to my kids.

What I don't want is to feel low in energy, feeling tired and have the need need to have a sleep during the day, unless it's down to the kids having a poor night sleep and keeping us up, this is normally down to poor diet, not staying active.

If you find you are feeling tired the first thing I'd look at is your hydration, if you're not drinking between 2-3 litres of water a day, this can lead to fatigue.

Not eating enough fruit and vegetables can also lead to poor energy levels, if you're not really eating any at the moment, then just start by eating 1 portion a day and once you've for that down to a T then increase it to 2 πŸ‰πŸŠπŸ₯—πŸ₯¦

Not getting enough Vitamin D, we get this from direct sun light. Although times are hard right now with Covid-19, we are allowed to have our 1 outdoor exercise a day, I use this time to go out for a walk with my lovely fiencèe @miss_yasminismail and our 2 amazing children, it's a time we get to spend with each other outdoors and be active.

Can't imagine what I'm going to look like once we're out of quarantine. Just going to have to come to terms with no shows this year, no gains this year and certainly no rebuilding until the virus leaves us be and I can get on with dream chasing. Right now, we focus on new skills. We focus on refining old ones and providing relief to others in their time of need with acts of kindness. Day 89: Pushed hard for two 1 mile runs at 80% with 4 minute rest between - did them at under 9 min each - with 2nd mile better than first. Feel pretty good about that. Would like to be able to get them under 8 in the next month. -
Evening leg workout based on one from @richard_duchon - really killed my legs - had to drop to body weight in order to proceed. Bailed on two of the moves as I tweaked my left knee during the reverse lunges. That knee does not like going back and down πŸ₯΄ My glutes are little and not used to getting focused exercises - I hope that hitting them 2 to 3 times a week will strengthen them quickly. -

If your a little unfit atm just work down or do normal push ups and burpees.
