Isolating the rear delts is not intuitive for two reasons: 1) it defies conventional “good form” tips, and 2) many people struggle with mind-muscle connection with the muscle group. ⠀
⠀
To set up, place your chest on a bench and protract the shoulder blades. The reason for this is if you retract the shoulder blades, you will perform the lift with the stronger rhomboids and middle traps and minimize work done by the rear delts. When the shoulders are protracted, it removes the work done by rhomboids and middle traps and allows the lift to be performed by the rear delts. ⠀

500 g posnog sira kremastog
1dl vode
40 g bademovog brašna
20 g kokos brašna
20 g kokos mrvica
60 g whey proteina - okus po želji (ja sam stavila kokos)
cimet 
50 g eritrita
stevija tekuća - količina po želji
aroma vanilija - 1 žč 
cca 100 g šumskog voća ili borovnica

PRIPREMA:
Sve sastojke, osim šumskog voća, izmiksati mikserom ili pjenjačom izmiješati dobro. Lagano ručno umiješati 100 g šumskog voća. Izliti u silikonski kalup. Ili koji već imate, ali u tom slučaju podmazati ako treba i pobrašniti, ili na pek papir...

Peći kolač 30ak min na 180-200°C. Provjeriti čačkalicom jel gotovo. Pustiti da se ohladi skroz.

** Kolač sam prevrnula u kalupu i tanak sloj s prevrnutog kolača (nakon hlađenja) nožem skinula,  pa se zato vide dobro borovnice u smjesi (slika 7.). Ne morate to raditi. Ja sam ga zaboravila u pećnici, pa mi je malo uhvatio po dnu. Zato sam to napravila. 🤣🤣🙈

Maline razmrviti po biskvitu, prije stavljanja preljeva! Može i bez njih...
Napraviti preljev prema uputstvu s vrećice, dodati i chiu, i preliti preko kolača koji je još u kalupu. Pusti da se ohladi skroz. ⬇️☝️⬇️☝️
Staviti veliki tanjur (ili nekakvu podlogu za torte) naopako na kolač, okrenuti i izvrnuti na tanjur. Opet staviti drugi tanjur (ili nekakvu podlogu za torte) naopako na kolač, okrenuti i zvrnuti na taj tanjur. I eto kolača čitavog na tanjuru na kojem ga i režete. ☝️😁

2 NON BASTANO!

📌Per la pasta esterna
80 GR DI FARINA
40 GR DI ACQUA circa
1 PIZZICO DI SALE
1/2 CUCCHIAINO DI OLIO (facoltativo)
.
📌Per il ripieno
150 GR DI RICOTTA
CANNELLA
MIELE I DOLCIFICANTE
AROMA VANIGLIA
20 GR DI FARRO COTTO O GRANO COTTO
2 QUADRATI DI CIOCCOLATO
circa 10 GR
.
👩🏻‍🍳Lavorare la farina con l'acqua aggiunta un po per volta fino ad arrivare alla consistenza di un panetto liscio. Per avere una maggiore elasticità della pasta consiglio l'uso di un filo di olio, ma non è indispensabile. Stendere la pasta e se avete la macchinetta adatta per la pasta fatta in casa utilizzatela, altrimenti stendetela molto sottile di circa 2-3 millimetri. Formate 2 dischi da 8 cm per farrata. A parte lavorare bene la ricotta con la cannella, miele sale e i chicchi di farro o grano cotto (quello che si usa per la pastiera). Disporre sopra 2 cerchi di pasta il ripieno, aggiungere il quadratino di cioccolato dentro il ripieno e chiudere con gli altri due cerchi di pasta sigillando i bordi. Spennellare di uovo (facoltativo) la superficie per aumentare la doratura e bucherellare la pasta con la forchetta per far uscire l'aria in cottura. Aggiungere i corallini colorati (facoltativo). Cuocere in forno già caldo a 180 ° per 10-15 minuti😋😋
