Power ponytail for the power Monday workout 🏋🏻♀️ _____________________________________________________________
As I am trying to lean out more, I have increased my cardio. I feel like with every workout, it still KICKS MY ASS. I’m always challenging myself, but lord I HATE CARDIO. If it wasn’t for killer playlists, and the fact I can see my legs starting to lean out, I would seriously consider never doing it again.
What are some of your favorite things to do for cardio? Any advice on how to make it not feel like torture? 😅 - 9 minutes ago
