Doing longer sets now, this was yesterday. Each day I have managed to increase the amount of step ups so far. Although only by 40 yesterday! The toasted coconut & seed mix was left over from my curry feast from a couple of weeks ago - it's a great seasoning mix or topper to instantly add flavour & texture to your food. You'll need

โญ Coconut flakes
โญ Haloon, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, mustard - basically any seeds you like the flavour of

Toast them in a wide base pan, shaking regularly until the coconut is golden brown and the seeds are popping. When cool add some Maldon sea salt and enjoy any way you like - on freshly made chilli popcorn is lovely too ๐Ÿ˜‹๐ŸŒด๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

Lockdown and furlough was such a shock to everyone.

And yet, faced with the same circumstances some people chose binge watching box sets and stuffing their faces while others embraced this time to get fit, eat better and start a side hustle to stay active (both physically & mentally). To encourage more people, specifically those of us in our 40โ€™s, 50โ€™s & beyond, to be active Iโ€™ve teamed up with @markbrycey and the amazing team at MotivateMe to set a โ€œ30 day get shredded challengeโ€. I've been doing loads of self care this week and it is really starting to show in my mood! I feel so full of energy and super confident! It has given me such a positive mindset today which has really helped with my motivation at work and during my workout! .
