Ako padaš na zadnjicu i govoriš “Nema šanse, ovaj Nemanja je lud”, onda i za tebe imamo rešenje😊 Aktiviraj neki od programa za mobilnost i rastezanje pa pokušaj opet posle nedelju dana 🤷🏻‍♂️😊 Ne moraš da čekaš kraj treninga da bi rastegao mišiće. Možeš to uraditi u bilo koje doba dana. Pre i posle spavanja, u toku radnog vremena posle nekoliko sati sedenja, kao i posle treninga 💪🏻

Today is a good day! I finally had a little bit of time for ME! I used it to pamper and make myself feel a little more human and less machine like!! Took some time to check in with myself and considering I’ve not weight trained in 5-6 months, I’m definitely happy and 100% comfortable with how my physique is looking! With the country’s current situation I find myself instructing and actually performing 6 aerobic style classes a week so I’m keeping my activity levels higher than normal but eating whatever I want and enjoying these family days whilst doing what I LOVE 🧡🖤

🔺️ شروع: دسته های حلقه را به انتهای یک باند مقاومت وصل کنید. دستگیره های حلقه را بگیرید ، نیم تنه خود را راست کنید ، زانوها را کمی خم کنید.اجازه دهید بازوهای خود را از کف شانه های جلوی بدن خود آویزان کنید و کف دستان خود را به سمت ران های خود قرار دهید.بازوهای خود را دراز کنید اما آرنج خود را قفل نکنید.

As important as fitness is #cleanliness in these trying times. Make sure that you have this checklist in place.

🧼Clean high-traffic areas in the house with a disinfectant (doorknobs, handles, tables, counters, keys, wallets, etc) at least once a day.
🧽Wear gloves when handling dirty laundry. Launder at the warmest appropriate setting. Don't shake the clothes that you wore outside. Wash them as soon as possible.
🧹Use liners in trash cans. Dispose used tissues in the trash. Wear gloves when handling trash. Dispose plastic bags from outside.
🚰Wash used dishes with soap and hot water. Clean hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds after using the restroom; coughing or sneezing; before and after eating food.
🛒Minimize if you can't avoid visiting grocery stores and pharmacies. Make a list for the week. Shop but do not hoard because #hoarding essentials cuts off supply for people who are in need of the same things - disinfectants, food, medicines, cleaning supplies - and increases the risk for the community.

I’ve done another FIIT session this evening, this time with my watch set up properly! It was good, I enjoyed it. I did 30 minutes of strength building, focusing on the core and upper body.
