Honestly tho when I order one of those gluten free vegan organic cauliflower crust pizzas it takes forever to get delivered so there is more than enough time to go to Whole Foods, buy all the ingredients, watch tons of YouTube cooking vids, make a pizza at home and eat it all.

2⃣ Gli esercizi a una gamba costringono il medio gluteo, gli adduttori, il quadrato dei lombi e non solo ad agire come stabilizzatori (nella posizione su una gamba le azioni degli stabilizzatori del bacino sono diverse rispetto alla posizione su due gambe) e di conseguenza se c’è mancanza di equilibrio o Shift bisogna indagare su questi muscoli tenendo in considerazione anche il piede.

⚠Nel momento in cui il vostro soggetto denota in appoggio su una gamba delle anomalie DOVETE intervenire per non creare adattamenti e scompensi che a lungo andare potrebbero creare sintomatologie dolorose. •

Always felt like it wasn’t achievable? -

It’s not as difficult as you may think, it just takes a little time and some consistency 😁

Master the press-up to increase your upper body strength. Your chest and shoulders will thank you 💪🏼 -
➡️ Watch my demonstrations and then follow these instructions ⬇️ -
💗 Start with either the wall press or the kitchen worktop press - depending on your starting strength. -
💗 Do 3 x 15 reps, 3-4 x per week and then move to a lower incline roughly every 3 or 4 weeks until you can eventually do a press up as close to the floor as possible. -
💗 When doing an incline press, keep you body straight from head to toe and avoid sagging at the hips. -
💗 You can place your feet a bit wider for more stability. As you progress and build strength, you can use a narrower hand placement. -
💗 I have recommended you change levels every 3-4 weeks but this may need longer as you progress and do lower incline press-ups
