How do we define FITNESS?? Do I mean physically fit, mentally fit,emotionally fit?
I mean it as a WHOLE!
I see toooooo many things in society, in social media etc etc ,which class “fit” as having a sick pack or being below a certain body percentage. I call BULL here, I mean yeah sure have those gives you a certain look but are you truly “fit” ?
Too many of us try and chase this idealistic image but hey, we’re all human so don’t worry.
Unless you’re an top athlete in any sport then don’t worry about things like that but then again all sports require different kind of “fit”, I mean go an ask a power lifter idea of fit is compared to a gymnast?
But I’m talking about YOU, the average joesph like myself..... What do you class a fit ?
Me? I use fall into that trap that I needed to be super lean and have abs but now days ? It’s more about being happy and confident in my body and oh also being able to lift weight GOOD with good form and size! Also big lats🦍
So don’t worry, go your own pace and trust the process. Be the kind of FITT you want to be! Everyone is different so don’t compare your idea of fit to another person idea of fit 🔒
