Whether it’s a sweaty HIIT workout, a good stretch, yoga, lifting some heavy things, going for a jog, a run, a walk, a skip... whatever it is that you like to do, keep doing it.
This is a time like no other I personally have ever experienced and I’m sure that is the same for almost everyone. The uncertainty, the unknown, the complete change to everything we are used to, it can be scary and mentally very difficult to deal with. Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our wellbeing and now it’s never been more important. It doesn’t mean you have to spend hours pumping iron or running a marathon! A brisk walk, a twenty minute circuit, running after your kids...there are lots of ways to be active and ultimately this increases our mental alertness, energy and positive mood! So find what works for YOU and remember you are not alone we are all in this together ❤️
