Geïnspireerd door de zoete aardappel lofzang van @jordyreinink_  gister, vond ik het ook wel weer eens tijd voor een zoete aardappel ontbijtbowl. Want jaja, ook dat kan gewoon! 😀

Ik maakte een z.aardappel wortel choco protein havermoutbowl, met walnoten on top. Lekker zacht en zoet en crunchy en lauwwarm 👌🏻! En lekker vullend, dus weer genoeg energie voor een ochtendje werken of een goeie morning workout👊🏻.

Wie gaat hem proberen?! .
👩🏻‍🍳 How to:
- Snij 1 zoete aardappel (ca.120 gr) in kleine blokjes en kook deze tot ze zacht zijn. Giet het water af en prak de aardappel met een vork tot puree.
- Rasp een flinke wortel (ca.100 gr) en voeg deze bij de puree.
- Doe nu 150 ml ongezoete amandel- of sojamelk, 20 gr (glutenvrije) havermout en 25 gr smooth choco protein @myvegan in je pannetje. Roer alles goed door.
- Schep je havermoutpap in een schaaltje en maak af met een paar walnoten en wat flav drops toffee @myproteinnl . - Heaven in a bowl! 😋

One of the more challenging things when I write a training plan for my clients is deciding what exercises to include and what to exclude for each body part
Trust me it’s a great problem to have so many exercise options available due to the extensive range of kit at @worldgymsouthside 
I’d love to include all the great pieces of equipment but that would just result in way too much volume and over training
One exercise for biceps that I won’t exclude is the cable ez bar curl. You can do this exercise in many ways: standing up, lying down, using a bench at any angle.
For me over the years I’ve been training, if you use very strict form with this, and a lot of concentration, no other exercise will come close to filling the biceps full of blood and stretching the fascia muscle within . Skin tearing pumps - you better believe it 💪

As Grant said we’ve started a little keto kick for 3 weeks to re balance everything! 
Meals are great and don’t feel hungry in between at all! (We are only 4 days in! 😁)

Sometimes you have to turn things upside down to move forward. I am 50 and I am teaching myself new exercises that build upper body strength. I have been working on a variety of Push-ups.

The Pike Push-Up is a great exercise for building shoulder strength and improving core stability. This exercise works your shoulders, arms, chest, back and core, and helps to tone and strengthen your entire upper body.

The Pike Push-Up is the perfect exercise to develop the necessary strength, endurance, and stability as you progress to Handstand Push-Up. Yes, this is one of my goals. Being older does not mean you have to stop aiming for more.

Of all the clothes I longed to fit into when I was overweight, jeans were top of my wish list. I did wear "sort of" jeans, but they were big, loose and unflattering, because I was all about covering up and being grateful when I could find anything in my size that was vaguely reasonable-looking on me. Rocking a pair of cute, slim-fitting jeans was a big motivator for me while I was losing weight. What piece of clothing are you most looking forward to wearing again/enjoying now?
