You’re going to be seeing a lot more of the fit + foodie sides of things from me in the next couple of months ✌🏼 Although flying has become a big part of my life, the last few weeks being grounded have given me some time to reflect on what’s really important. -My health. My family’s and friend’s health. The health of the general public.
Taking some time out feels pretty good.
So far there have been many positive side effects for me physiologically (from being grounded and sleeping in my own bed consistently)
My sleep quality has never been so good (I’ve been hitting some PBS💪🏼), I have more energy during the day, I’m experiencing fewer mood swings, my skin is much clearer, and I don’t wake up feeling like I have no idea what time it is or thinking where the f*** am I 😂
I know a lot of my flying friends will be feeling anxious right now and maybe even a bit lost. There is also a lot of pressure to be productive during this time. But if there’s anything you can focus on now it’s your own health. Make the most of sleeping in your own bed, cooking your own nourishing food, improving your relationship with yourself and those maybe you have drifted apart from 🧡
