Good Morning and Happy Sunday! I work up super early and did my morning meditation. It relaxed me too well because I fell back to sleep! My body needed that extra rest and I'm glad I didn't get up without listening to it. So after I woke up the second time, I did my 3 Steps, made my bed, did my stretches and started dicing jalapenos, onions, mushrooms and sausage. I added a couple of eggs, cheese and hot red pepper. I'm down to my last wrap so I am going to have to venture to the store because I can to without a lot but not wraps.
