Sad but still Staying on plan with a Salad 🥗 
Lunch 
Chicken and Bean Salad 
Meaning Chicken Breast and 3 Bean Salad on a Bed of Lettuce Cucumber 🥒 Pepper and Carrot topped with @skinnyfoodco  Honey Mustard Sauce 😬 
So this was a bit of a disaster… I plan to use up a few bits I had in the fridge but when I got home from college my dad had put them in the bin hello there nothing wrong with them I was so annoyed as I meant I had nothing for my lunch so with a lot of ugly when I got there and I managed to salvage the beans and chicken say that’s fine but then when measuring out the man I needed I wasn’t thinking and then do the other half of the beans which I thought I didn’t need but then realised I did so this salad was not as much as it was meant to be of course anorexia was happy but I’m really annoyed as the beans are my favourite part 😔 so this was really nowhere near as good as it could’ve been don’t get me wrong the chicken was still really nice especially with the sweet and-tangy honey mustard sauce which is probably my favourite savoury sauce from @skinnyfoodco and I absolutely love the mix of beans at such a nice natty favour there just wasn’t enough of them… I guess I can try and make it up but I’m just so annoyed at myself nothing seems to be going work recently but that is not an omen telling me not to eat… I know that if I were to skip this like my head is telling me it will just make things worse I felt like I needed to prove that I was really upset and that involve not eating but I know that’s just silly hundred make the situation worse…

really enjoyed it that much as I was really anxious and on edge whilst eating it and I felt like I rushed it as well so it was a waste 
trying to tell myself there is no such thing as wasted calories as my body still needed this energy and even if it didn’t taste that good it’s okay… Food is Fuel 😭

Ditch the soda! We love the taste of these refreshing Kombucha Fruit Spritzers. They make a lovely party drink and are super easy to make. .
.
Water 3/4 of what ever container you use.
2 organic oranges, freshly squeezed 
2 organic lemons, freshly squeezed
1 bottle of organic kombucha 
3 teaspoons organic stevia powder.
10 organic strawberries, sliced
1 small hand full of fresh blackberries 
1 small hand full of fresh raspberries 
1 small hand full of fresh blueberries .
.
Directions
 Use any size container whether a large jug/pitcher 
fill with 3/4 water
Add the freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon and 1 bottle of Kombucha to the water.
Add the different berries (cut berries into smaller pieces if too large)
Add powdered stevia -- you can also use maple syrup, agave nectar, or coconut sugar. Just add small amounts until you reach the desired sweetness.
Mix all ingredients together with a long spoon and let sit outside the fridge for at least 1 to 2 hour at room temperature to allow all the flavors to mix together. 
Then put in your fridge and enjoy your wonderful healthy drink for a few days. xx

Have you ever tried Poke? Oily fish is a main staple of the Mediterranean diet, which I am quickly finding is the best dietary pattern for better mental.

Fish is full of Omega 3 fatty acids which are great for boosting mood and protective against other chronic lifestyle diseases like Heart disease and diabetes.

Poke bowls originate from Hawaii and are a mix of fresh salad and fermented vegetables, and raw fish, this one has a wasabi mayonnaise and wasabi peas for a cool crunch. I have also seen them with seaweed and Asian style dressings.

Lamb and mint meatballs. 
I make sure we always have a supply of cooked meat to snack in the fridge. The protein makes you feel full  and is much better than grabbing processed foods full of sugars. These meatballs are made with organic lamb mince (no additives) salt and pepper and fresh mint leaves. They are about golf ball sized and also great to pack on the lunch box or  have as a meal wrapped in lettuce leaves with chopped cucumber and created carrot. .

Brought the sweat to the game after killing my Shoulders!!! ❤️🔥💪 Y’all just a bit of advice.....Before you start any workout plan, Get Your Nutrition In Check. I see so many do this backwards and then wonder why they aren’t seeing results. 🤦‍♀️ You can not keep putting processed crap and chemicals in your body if you want your body to work the way it was intended to. Eat Real Whole Foods and Get your hormones in check, then go after the burn....It’s not a diet, it’s life!!!

✅ We’re doing 20 reps of each of the following exercises. .
✅ 1- Let’s start with a medicine ball push-up pop. Place the medicine ball under one hand and push up then pass the ball to the other hand and repeat. .
✅ 2- Russian side twists are next. Twist your core and tap the ball from one side to the other. This will make the abs burn!

✅ 3- Next we have 20 Split squat slams! Scissor jump one foot in front of the other. As you switch feet slam the ball from one side to the other. .
✅ 4- Now we’re doing ball burpees! Drop to the ground, jump back, do a close-grip push-up with the ball under your hands, jump in and jump up with the ball in your hands. .
✅ 5- For our final exercise we have speed skaters. Jump from side to side, as you do so tap the ball to your feet and bring it to the sky as you transition. .
