I made paneer the other day with Sirisha’s @mycravesandraves recipe. You should try it. After making it all I could think of was palak paneer. As I never found a healthy yet delicious palak paneer recipe, I never made it. We don’t order that at any restaurant as it’s too heavy for us. I messaged Rhea @munchright and she was kind enough to share this recipe. The taste was out of the world 🤤. I had it with bulgur and my husband had it with protein flat bread.
The ingredients are: palak, homemade paneer, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato purée, homemade garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder.
