ONE PLATE FULL BODY
Okkkk another full body workout because all gyms in London are literally always packed and the machines, cables and racks are often all taken, & ain’t nobody got time for that 🧐 plusss I felt like getting a bit creative so all you need is a plate for this (I used 5kg and it was ENOUGH for me not gunna lie 😂). Do not underestimate the power of a high rep full body workout people!! I was legit shaking after four rounds of this 💀 
Save this for next time the gym is busy af and you fancy trying this one💕 
1. Held squat position w/ front raises x12 (this can be done against a wall if preferred) 
2. Overhead tricep extensions keeping elbows in!! (I’m bad at remembering this) X12
3. Pulse squats x15
4. Reverse lunges with plate overhead x8 each side (16 total lol #maths) 
5. Squat and press x20 
I repeated this 4 times and was dead but repeat as many times as you wish. 
Let me know if you try this! (P.S. My squat is kinda different and wider to most people’s because my knees are a bit dodge and I’ve been advised to do them like this by a physio)💕 ———————

Tabata this! 
Tabatas are a great way to get workouts in, full body workouts, in a short amount of time. 
Intense, short workouts. The 20 seconds of work has to be intense, push yourself. 
The setup for this workout:
20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. 
Weighted jack press for 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds 
Mountain climbers for 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Alternating shoulder press for 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Arm curls for 20 seconds 
Rest 10 seconds
Rainbow abs for 20 seconds
Rest 1 minute and repeat 5x’s

Change up the workouts and have fun doing it. If your not having fun it will be hard to stick to a plan. Find what you enjoy and be dedicated, be consistent. The results will follow.

Johanna: and I'm back... From a 3 week hiatus due to holiday festivities and vacation. I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays as well. Getting back into the workout routine has been quite a challenge. I began the routine with this #lowimpactworkout and I must say that 2 days later I still felt some soreness. Looks easy but it really isn't! Try it!

Happy Thursday!!! Today I did 2 workouts!! I actually went for a run which I haven’t done in a few weeks. Surprisingly I felt great 👍🏻 I also did a full body workout!  Hopefully I won’t be too sore later on 🤞🏻
