2 great tips for better sleep, without good sleep, our recovery system is compromised. Our ability to think clearly and the bodies immune system is also degraded significantly. Ongoing lack of sleep can also contribute to weight gain and diabetes. 
1– Your window furnishings 
How dark your room is plays an important role in how well you sleep. The absence of light sends a message to the body that it is time to rest. Light exposure interferes with the body’s internal sleep clock. Blackout blinds are a great idea and will make sure your sleep isn’t disturbed by early sunlight.
2 – Digital detox
So much has been written about the effect of digital devices on sleep. Not only do the chimes of late night texts, emails and social media posts interrupt sleep, the low-level blue light emitted by screens and mobile phones also interferes with your sleep/wake cycle. Ditch the digital devices from the bedroom and avoid using tablets and mobiles, or watching TV, at least one hour before bed-time. What can you do instead? Take a cool shower, or read a real book.

.  ورزش تی آر ایکس چگونه باعث لاغری بدن می‌شود؟ با ۲ یا ۳ ماه انجام این ورزش، تاثیرات آن را به خوبی مشاهده خواهید کرد.👩🏻‍🏫
یکی از سوالات مهمی که بسیاری به دنبال آن هستند، که رابطه بین ورزش trx و لاغری چیست؟ اکثر کسانی که این ورزش را انجام می‌دهند پس از گذشت ۲ تا ۳ ماه از تاثیراتی که این ورزش روی تناسب اندامشان گذاشته، شگفت‌زده می‌شوند. تمرکز اصلی ورزش تی آر ایکس روی اندام‌های میانی بدن است. وقتی ماهیچه‌های میانی بدن شروع به فعالیت کردند، سایر ماهیچه‌ها را هم با خود همراه می‌کنند. وقتی فشار کافی روی ماهیچه‌ها وارد شد، عضلات بدن شروع به سوختن چربی می‌کنند و در نتیجه در ناحیه کمر، شکم، داخل ران، بازو و دیگر اندام‌ها، چربی سوزی رخ می‌دهد. بنابراین پس از مدتی شاهد سفت شدن اندام میانی و بازوها و ران می‌شوید. .

When you’re 5 foot 3 (and a bit) and your kitchen was designed for professional basketball players...🙄

Thank goodness I have the mobility and strength to just hop up and down off the units!
.
To me, this is a daily activity - even if I had a chair to assist, I still wouldn’t be able to reach the top cupboard - these ceilings are 3 metres high! 😂
.
Without the strength, mobility and stability exercises I do everyday in Sass Yoga & Movement Classes, this kind of stuff would be impossible.
.
Thankfully, it’s not, and bending the knees, hips and ankles whilst pulling or pressing myself up AND balancing precariously on an edge is all pretty easy!
.
