As beginner to steel macebell training my training wheels are on and I'll be sharing the 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 of the journey (awkward movements, bonking myself in the head and such) and would love for you to come along for the ride. 🙏
I will update every so often on my progress into what is called "𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄" where one puts a series of exercises together that will hopefully end up looking like a wonderfully choreographed dance or fight scene from a martial arts movie instead of dad dancing.😂
The mace has been around for thousands of years and used in many cultures, but it's first use for fitness can be traced to India, where it is called Gada. .
It is the epitome of functional training due to it's uneven weight distribution, awareness needed, movement and muscle activation required and will benefit anyone looking to improve their 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and physical capabilities.
