This is Paul and I think we can all agree he’s had an awesome month!!! “My thirty days are up and I'm stoked!! I had a load of friends do the 30 day challenge and thought wow they have done well so let's do it for myself.
I don't do things in halves nor do I accept excuses for myself. I've heard for years that 80% of gym stuff is the food you eat so I decided to put it all to the test.
Thinking well I can easily have a couple of shakes a day, a good clean meal at night and a cleanse day once a week - I mean how hard can it really be???? The power of the mind is the difference - ask yourself everyday the same thing "how bad do you want it?” Gone from 88.2 - 81.8kgs and the end result feeling so energised and my mind is so much sharper and clearer than a month ago.
