Day 21 Dinner (slash breakfast 馃). So I decided to do things a little differently this unexpected fast day... As I mentioned earlier, I was running too late to cook breakfast before work this morning so I didn't eat till 11am when I had my lunch. I was planning to do an early dinner meal, but so as not to throw the whole next week out, I thought I'd have breakfast for dinner instead!!! This is 2 poached eggs, bacon and tomato on 2 pieces of wholemeal and seed toast. I also got a bit creative and decided to turn my fruit salad (which would have been my morning snack) into a smoothie!! 馃 I just added ice and blended and it was delicious! Especially seen as I have only had water since starting 3 weeks ago! I LOVE breakfast food! It's my favourite - so this really worked for me! I've actually been thinking lately that I could probably drop down to 2 meals a day instead of 3, but I didnt want to give up the LnE breakfasts or lunches cause I really like them, so this might be an option to consider! 馃 Not this week though! New order arrived today so sticking to BLD 1500cals for at least another week! Heading out tonight so have had an early dinner! Chili Lime Baked Tilapia With Avocado Crema 馃

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
TILAPIA
1 lb tilapia fillet (455 g)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
陆 teaspoon salt
陆 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice, about 1 lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
CREMA
1 avocado
陆 cup fresh cilantro (20 g), roughly chopped
陆 teaspoon salt
陆 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice, about 1 lime
录 cup yogurt (60 g)

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400藲F (200藲C).
In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper, and olive oil with the lime juice.
Using a basting brush, generously coat each side of the tilapia fillet with the marinade.
Bake fish for 12 minutes in a preheated oven until edges begin to crisp and fish is moist and flaky.
While fish is baking, prepare the crema.
In a blender, combine avocado, cilantro, salt, pepper, lime juice, and yogurt. Blend until mixture is smooth.
Serve tilapia topped with avocado crema and freshly chopped cilantro.
