BENEFITS OF GYMMING FIRST THING IN THE MORNING:
As you’ve seen from my posts and stories I’ve recently been attending a few classes a week at @h2clubs 
I was never really a gym class kind of person but finding such good classes that I actually want to go to has reminded of the benefits of training/doing classes early in the morning: 
1. SLEEPING BETTER; I have energy all day and then completely conk out at night, all night 
2. Having something to actually get out of bed for is motivating- if you’ve booked a class that you can’t cancel last minute it means you HAVE to get out of bed and can’t snooze that alarm a billion times 🤣
3. GETTING IT DONE- if you train first thing you don’t have to think about when you’re going to squeeze it in later during the day 
4. HAPPINESS- as exercise promotes endorphins you’re starting your day off on a POSITIVE and happy note! 😃

While there's nothing wrong with rejoicing in a much needed break let's try tweaking our outlook. 
Use your Friday to get ahead for the following week. While others might be taking a half day anyway, use that time to do a few extra things and set yourself up for a less stressful Monday (if possible.) This may also help you have a more restful weekend and reduce the #sundayscaries. Set a timer (whatever seems reasonable) and get to work prepping for a restful weekend and a better week ahead!

Change your Friday mindset and end the weekdays on a high note rather than running away from them. ❤ Melanie

We sometimes tend to view our role models or our dreams as if they are better than us. we put them on this pedestal. by doing that we are telling ourselves that we are beneath them. if you WANT something just go and do it. it’s as simple as wanting a glass of water...what do you do? you get up and get some water. I ended the week just like I started it, doing a crazy leg workout: lunges, squats, jumping squats for cardio, AND something new to my fitness arsenal: sliders. Those bad boys really (I mean really) polished off the leg routine.

When you accidentally drop your hands-free pumping bra in the parking lot somewhere after pumping on the way to work, you have to make do. 😂 I cut holes in an old, too-big nursing bra, but it’s too loose so I have to snap my current bra over it as well to keep it in place. Fortunately I found my bra in the gravel median at work this morning so I’ll be up and running again tomorrow. I had to hold my flanges yesterday while pumping and that is not easy to do while eating.
