It's Flex Friday ya'll!! This program I'm doing is no joke! I can't wait to see my before vs after pics from this one. 
This has been alot of hard work and self discipline.

Lunch - Homemade Vegetable Soup with cheese on toast. All syn free as I used my healthy b choice bread (400g wholemeal bread) and 40g lighter reduced cheese (Healthy A choice) topped with spring onion and cherry tomatoes.

Have to say it really hit the spot as i hadn't had time for breakfast today!

Happy Friday!
I weighed in at 258.8, which is a 2.4 pound loss. In total, I've lost 10 pounds since December 30th! ๐Ÿคฏ That's crazy!
I always try to think of the overall number. I was also thinking if I keep having a 2-2.5 pound loss a week, I'll be below 250 by Valentine's Day, which is the best Valentine I could ask for. ๐Ÿคฃ I also had a cheat meal last night. I've only had 2 in 3 weeks, which is pretty awesome for me. I also didn't overeat or anything.
