🗣Chest day does not have to be cookie-cutter and boring! While traditional chest exercises such as the chest press, chest flies, cable presses, etc. are great and should remain a staple in your training, your training session with these "main lifts" should not be your only focus on chest day.
🕑Spending time on accessory exercises are great to hit certain muscle groups in different ways that the "main lifts" don't. This will ultimately reduce your muscle imbalances, make you more resilient, and stronger to adapt to different movement patterns. ⚖️
