Not gonna lie, these are all really tough 😓 But no one ever got a 6 pack by doing the easy work/ exercises, let’s be real.
Here are a bunch of different hanging exercises you can try at home, that is if you have a pull up bar. If not, go to your local park and use the monkey bars! 🐒
I understand most people watching this will think a lot of these are too far out of their scope of abilities. But I encourage you to try at LEAST one and get really good at it. At the very least, you can start with lying leg raises and work your way up to the hanging position. Fitness is all about testing your abilities and trying new things and conquering them 💪🏽 in other words, Get outta your basic crunch comfort zone!
