Wanna DESSERT for your breakfast 😋🍰?
Not much appreciated grain in UK but very popular in Poland - millet groats.
Millet is rich in calcium, iron & magnessium as also catechins such as quercetin which boost liver and kidney function. Its gut for your gut and its naturally gluten free.
I can feel the benefits from consuimg millet groats few times per week. And I love the taste and texture. It can be widely used to bake, cook, steam etc as accompany to the main dish or a side.

Υλικά
2 κούπες ρεβύθια 
1 κούπα καλαμπόκι🌽 (κατεψυγμένο)
1 κούπα αρακά (κατεψυγμένο)
1 κολοκύθι τριμμένο
1 πράσο κομμένο σε ροδέλες 
δυόσμο
1 κγ κύμινο
1/2 κγ πάπρικα
1/2 κγ μπούκοβο
1 κσ μουστάρδα (μεγάλη, δεν τσιγκουνευόμαστε!)
1/2 κγ κόλιανδρο σκόνη (προαιρετικά)
1 κσ ξύδι
αλάτι, πιπέρι (δοκιμάζουμε και προσθέτουμε ανάλογα)
2/3 κούπας καλαμποκάλευρο

Οδηγίες

Προθερμαίνουμε το φούρνο στους 190 βαθμούς.
·
Βάζουμε όλα τα υλικά σε ένα μπλέντερ εκτός από το καλαμποκάλευρο κι ανακατεύουμε.
·
Αδειάζουμε το μίγμα σε ένα μπολ🥣 και προσθετουμε το αλεύρι από καλαμπόκι και 2 κσ ελαιόλαδο.
·
Ανακατεύουμε και πρσθέτουμε αν χρειαστεί λίγο αλεύρι. (Δεν θέλουμε το μιγμα μας να γινει πολύ σφιχτό)
·
Πλάθουμε τα μπιφτέκια μας (βγαίνουν 14) και τα βάζουμε σε ένα ταψί που το έχουμε αλείψει με 2 κσ ελαιόλαδο. ·
Ψήνουμε 25 λεπτά από τη μια μερια κι άλλα 10 - 15 από την άλλη (αναλογα με το φούρνο)
·
Είναι τέλεια με τζατζίκι ή αν νηστεύουμε με μουσταρδα!
·
Τα συνοδεύουμε με μια μεγάλη σαλάτα 🥗κι αν θέλουμε και πατάτες "τηγανιτές" φούρνου!!
·
Κι εννοείται πως μπορούμε να φτιάξουμε και πεντανόστιμα νηστίσιμα burger!!!🍔

Blueberry Crumble Bars (Gluten-Free & Oil-Free) 😍🤤 This fruity bar recipe has the perfect texture; From the crunchy yet chewy crumble to the sweet and light jelly, every bar will bring you a smile. 
They are vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, and refined sugar-free. 
Ingredients (9 - 12 bars)
For the Dough and the Crumble
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Vegan Pro Butterscotch
1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour (Can sub for all-purpose - not GF)
1 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Almond Butter
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

Blueberry Filling
2 Cups Blueberries
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
Juice of 1 Lemon
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1tbsp. Tapioca Flour / Cornstarch

Method🍴
1. The first step is the blueberry filling. To a medium pot, add all the blueberry filling ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and let simmer for 5 minutes (if fresh blueberries, if not, it will be around 15 minutes). Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. 
3. To as large bowl, add the almond flour, vegan pro, tapioca flour, quick oats, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well incorporated. 
4. Mix the almond butter and maple syrup until it forms a thick paste, and add the mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until the dough is crumbly and there no more dry part. 
5. Press half the dough at the bottom of the pan, add the blueberry filling on top (if too runny, drain a bit of juice) and then, crumble the rest of the dough on top of it. 
6. Bake for 28-30 minutes, until the top, is gold and crispy. 
7. Let cool completely and slice into 9 or 12 squares.

🍦🍌BANANA ICECREAM🍌🍦 tried this new flavour of @pana_organic today and it was soooo delicious 😋 tasted just like banana ice cream as i remember it except also with yummy swirls of caramel throughout 💕  although it’s made with coconut milk, as with all the pana ice creams i don’t think you can taste the coconut flavour which is good because the flavour can be overbearing in some other brands 💛 currently on special at woolies 🌱🌱

🥔G N O C C H I S🥔
Si on m’avait dit qu’un jour je ferai des gnocchis ! La période du confinement, c’est vraiment l’occasion de faire des recettes que jamais on aurait pu faire. 
Les gnocchis ont beau faire partie de la cuisine niçoise, je n’en raffole pas plus que ca. J’aime bien mais sans plus ! Je ne suis pas très « patate » de base et il n’y a quasi jamais de pommes de terre chez nous. Donc forcément les chances de faire gnocchis sont réduites😆

Les meilleurs gnocchis que j’ai mangé, c’était lors du cours de cuisine niçoise de @notesdecuisine : ils étaient ultra fondants et très légers ! Un vrai délice. Depuis, j’avais gardé précieusement la recette en me disant « un jour peut être que »... 🥔Et puis cette semaine, on a récupéré un kilo de pommes de terre chez @marceletfilsbio. Alors qu’est ce qu’on fait ? Un gratin dauphinois, des rostis, des frites ? D’un coup d’un seul, j’ai pensé aux gnocchis ! Et comme je suis dans ma période « je n’ai plus de farine », je me suis lancée dans des gnocchis sans gluten, avec de la farine @schaerglutenfree🙌🏼 👩🏼‍🍳Résultat : c’est un peu long mais vraiment pas compliqué ! Une fois qu’on a cuit les pommes de terre, on ajoute des œufs, de la farine et de l’huile et on travaille la pâte... un peu comme si on faisait une pâte brisée ! Et pour le façonnage, j’ai juste fait des boudins que j’ai coupé en morceaux. 
Autant vous dire qu’on a des gnocchis pour 10 jours😂 Je songe à faire un petit gratin de gnocchis... tu en dis quoi @flofloquinapainsta ?😜 Maintenant... j’ai envie de recommencer avec de la farine de blé ! Quand je sais que mon frère a essayé les gnocchis plusieurs fois et qu’à chaque fois c’était un échec, je suis plutôt contente de moi😝😅😂🤣

Patatas rellenas gratinadas
Hoy @losviernesreto y @ces3716 nos piden un reto donde "la patata es la prota"
así que para #losviernesreto he preparado estas patatas fritas, rellenas y gratinadas
Lavar, secar y sin pelar, cortar una tapa de arriba y de abajo de la patata. Reservar las tapas.
Vaciar las patatas sin llegar al fondo y reservar
Mezclar la patata que hemos sacado bien picada con cebolla también picada, salpimentar y freír a fuego medio con un poco de aceite
Batir un huevo, añadir Mozzarella rallada sin gluten, mezclar bien y añadir a la sartén. Dejar que cuaje removiendo para que no se pegue
En una sartén honda o en un cazo ponemos bastante aceite a fuego medio-alto. Salpimentamos las cestas de patata que han quedado después de vaciarlas y las freímos bien. Freímos las tapas reservadas
Rellenamos las cestas con la mezcla de la sartén, ponemos un poco más de Mozzarella rallada sin gluten y gratinamos
Las servimos con las tapas y ya tenemos un aperitivo, entrante o guarnición.

Vaciar las patatas sin llegar al fondo y reservar Mezclar la patata que hemos sacado bien picada con cebolla también picada, salpimentar y freír a fuego medio con un poco de aceite Batir un huevo, añadir Mozzarella rallada sin gluten, mezclar bien y añadir a la sartén. Dejar que cuaje removiendo para que no se pegue En una sartén honda o en un cazo ponemos bastante aceite a fuego medio-alto. Salpimentamos las cestas de patata que han quedado después de vaciarlas y las freímos bien. Freímos las tapas reservadas Rellenamos las cestas con la mezcla de la sartén, ponemos un poco más de Mozzarella rallada sin gluten y gratinamos Las servimos con las tapas y ya tenemos un aperitivo, entrante o guarnición. Gooey Salted Cinnamon-Apple Bars 🍏 GF, Vegan 
We had a bunch of apples about to get a little sad in the bowl this morning so I whipped up these mumma’s and holy moly. I had mine still slightly warm and extra gooey with some coconut yoghurt but left in the fridge for a few hours these will set like perfect little breakfast bars. 
I played around with the ingredients abit but the rough recipe 👉🏼 1 cup almond flour, 2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 cup apple sauce, 1 cup chopped apples, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/4 cup organic honey, 1 cup pecans, 2 flax eggs, 2 tsp pink salt. 
Method 👉🏼 preheat oven to 190 degrees, combine all ingredients apart from 1/4 pecans and some honey to drizzle - bake in oven for 15 mins then remove and crush up the 1/4 cup pecans to sprinkle on top - bake for another 10 mins then leave to cool before drizzling with honey.

Glutensiz Tuzlu Kek/Ekmek
✔️2 adet yumurta ✔️1sb glutensiz un ✔️ 1sb mısır unu ✔️ 1 paket kabartma tozu
✔️ 1/2 sb zeytinyağı
🥣hepsini iyice karıştırdım
✔️maydanoz, nane, roka, kırmızı biber, yeşil biber, domates : hepsini iyice yıkayıp imce ince doğrayıp karışıma ekledim. ✔️Tuz ve toz Pul biber döktüm.
✔️ 10 adet siyah zeytinin çekirdiklerini çıkarıp karışıma dahil edip biraz daha karıstırdım. ( peynirde eklerseniz daha güzel olur)
✔️Kelepçeli kabı yağlı kağıt ile kaplayıp karısımı döktüm.
✔️Üzerine çörek otu ilave ettim.
✔️Önceden ısıttığım 220 derecelik fırına koydum. 15dk pişirdim. Siz kontrol edin. 😋Sebzeli tuzlu kek/ ekmek tarzı bir şey oldu. Sabah kahvaltısında çayın yanında harika gidiyor ve doyurucu👍🏻

Turkey breast with vegetables. On the side bulgur.

• Turkey breast
• Carrot
• Onion • Bell pepper
• Parsley and cilantro
• Garlic
• Sea salt, black ground pepper
• Spices to taste (I like spicy food)
• Tomato paste 2 tbs
• Olive oil 1 tbs

Instruction:⠀
1. Cut the turkey breast into pieces (I have long slices) and fry in a spoon of olive oil in a pan.
2. Onion cut into half rings, add to the turkey, mix, fry for several minutes.
3. Peppers cut into half rings, add to the pan, mix.
4. Add salt, spices, tomato paste and water (boiling water), mix.
5. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
6. Chop the garlic and herbs, sprinkle the finished dish (optional)

Грудка индейки с овощами. На гарнир булгур.

• Грудка индейки • Морковь
• Лук
• Перец болгарский • Петрушка и кинза
• Чеснок
• Соль морская, чёрный молотый перец
• Специи на вкус ( я люблю острую еду с множеством специй, все не буду перечислять)
• Томатная паста 2ст.л.
• Оливковое масло 1ст.л.

Готовим:⠀
1. Грудку индейки порезать на кусочки (у меня длинные брусочки)и обжарить в ложке оливкового масла, в кастрюле.
2. Лук нарезать полукольцами, добавить к индейке, перемешать, обжарить несколько минут.
3. Перцы нарезать полукольцами, добавить в кастрюлю, перемешать.
4. Добавить соль, специи, томатную пасту и воду (кипяток), перемешать. 
5. Готовить на среднем огне минут 20
6. Нарезать чеснок и зелень , посыпать готовое блюдо (опционально)
