This workout is a chipper workout so start with lighter weight. With this chipper workout you will do each exercise one time for the designated reps. For example once you have done 40 Bulgarian split squats on both sides, then you’ll next do 40 weighted bridges. Do your best and try to complete the workout as fast as you can while keeping good form. And don’t forget to do both sides on the split squats!⁣

⚫️ G L U T E S ⚫️ WORK THOSE GLUTES.......... if you don’t know this term....... it’s your back side 🍑 
Another big muscle group not to be missed.

With the split squats, really dig your heels deep into the ground, same with the squats, now this should be a wide stance and the lower you go the more glute activation you will achieve, again, digging those heels deep. 
Glute kick back, on all fours, back straight.... knees meet and extend the leg back, squeezing the glute and controlling that move on the way back to meet at the knees again. Glute bridge, you are laying on your back, knees bent and ensure your heels are in line with your hips and you can touch your heels.... don’t let those glutes touch the floor! Squeeze at the top and hold for a second.... then slower as you lower.

I did a heavier leg/booty day yesterday that got me unable to really move my legs today😂😂
ALSO for those who may have not seen my story the other day, my weight is now officially 125lbs!! That is another 10lbs I gained in a month. It’s absolutely crazy to see what my body is capable now and the fact that half my wardrobe is either too small, or actually fits properly is insane🙌🏼
