Another big muscle group not to be missed.
With the split squats, really dig your heels deep into the ground, same with the squats, now this should be a wide stance and the lower you go the more glute activation you will achieve, again, digging those heels deep.
Glute kick back, on all fours, back straight.... knees meet and extend the leg back, squeezing the glute and controlling that move on the way back to meet at the knees again. Glute bridge, you are laying on your back, knees bent and ensure your heels are in line with your hips and you can touch your heels.... don’t let those glutes touch the floor! Squeeze at the top and hold for a second.... then slower as you lower.
