HAPPY HUMP DAY ~ morning workouts have become the sh*t lately🔥 I’ve been having a really hard time figuring out a solid routine that keeps me consistent and motivated but I think I’ve figured it out! Currently working out 5 x a week but getting up early and working out before work seems to work best. 🌟
Current split (weekdays I’m up @ 5:30am and in the gym before 6, Friday is my day off from work so I’m there around 11am)
Monday // lower body glute focused
Tuesday // upper circuit/cardio/abs
Wednesday // lower body glute focused
Thursday // full body OR rest
Friday // lower body glute focused
TODAYS BOOOOTAYYY WORKOUT 🍑
~triple set // dumbbell rdl +reverse lunges +hip thrust
~SS Bulgarian split squat + banded walk/squats
~leg press feet elevated
~abductor machine amrap for each set
~10 min incline walk - 5 minutes ago
